After Purchase: You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to work through the program

Access: Immediate delivery via email after purchase
Technical Requirements:
- Email access
- Ability to open PDF files
- Printer recommended (the program is designed to be completed by hand)
How long do I have access?
The PDFs are yours to keep. Download them and save them somewhere safe.

Beta Program Refunds: Because this is a beta program and digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are available under these conditions:

Within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t opened more than Part 1 of the workbook
Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the materials (we’ll try to fix the issue first)

To request a refund email sandy@thecompletepicture.com.au with:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Can’t open the PDFs? You’ll need a PDF reader. Most devices have one built in, but you can download Adobe Reader for free if needed.
Printing issues? The workbook is formatted for A4 paper. If you’re having trouble printing, try:
- Printing one section at a time
- Adjusting your printer settings to “fit to page”
- Taking the PDF to a print shop (Officeworks, etc.)

Other technical problems? Email sandy@thecompletepicture.com.au and describe the issue. I’ll help you sort it out.

How long does it take to complete? It varies. You can go at your own pace but because this is a beta version, I’d like to get everything finished before the end of January 2026.
I’m stuck on a section. Can I get help? Email me at sandy@thecompletepicture.com.au with your specific question. During the beta phase, I’m happy to provide guidance via email.
Can I share this with others?
I would appreciate it if you didn’t. The workbook is for individual use only. If someone else wants to do the program, they’ll need to purchase their own copy.
Why can’t I do this in a digital format? After the beta testing phase you will be able to do that, but for now, I’m doing it to suit the style of learner who is making up most of my beta testing. There is excellent research to support the fact that we use a greater diversity of neural pathways when we write, rather than type information.
